The whole excavator is precision processed by CNC, and the whole excavator needs to weigh 100KG aluminum alloy blanks. The finished product weighs 23KG, and the processing time is up to 202 hours. The whole excavator uses up to 2300 screws ,and meantime the designer has done a hidden treatment in order to achieve high simulation and high strength.
The torque of a single driving wheel reaches 80KG. It is suitable for various operating environments, such as sandy ground, muddy ground, and shallow water.
The hydraulic system adopts an Italian pump as the main pump. The hydraulic valve adopts modular variable rotary plug valve (variable means that the number of directional valve channels can be increased or decreased according to personal needs).The spool is precision ground, the matching accuracy is 0.006, and the factory requires no pressure for 10 minutes under 6Mpa Leakage. After repeated tests, the cylinder hangs 14.5KG heavy objects, and there is no cylinder drop in 7 working days.
The slewing disc adopts a real machine structure (cross roller bearing), with a plane clearance of 0.01, horizontal shaking of 0.02, and vertical shaking of 0.02. The rotation is equipped with a shock absorption device, which can eliminate mechanical shaking during left and right rotation.
The cylinder adopts real machine dustproof ring + sealing ring + wear-resistant strip structure. The material is brass, welding treatment, and the cylinder is easy to extend and retract. Scratch, add 304 mirror guard.
The oil circuit of the whole machine adopts the combined connection method of high pressure hose + copper hard pipe. The first use of flange connection soft and hard pipe is also one of the highlights of the 970.
The traveling wheels and pins of the whole vehicle are all made of stainless steel CNC machining, which is anti-corrosion and anti-rust.
